Digital and trunked systems

With both radios plugged in, the HackRF and the RSP1 split the work: one keeps surveying or reading the P25 control channel while the other listens to up to 16 land-mobile signals at once, to say which are P25, DMR, NXDN or analog and which are trunked control channels. Each row puts what a short listen showed next to what the channel's FCC licence says. Only the mode and the site's own network ids are kept, never radio ids, talkgroups or audio. Public safety metadata isn't ours to publish (47 U.S.C. 605), so this page is for the station owner only.

The summary of what both radios found: Two radios report.

Confidence: confirmed means a decoder synced (our P25 reader checks its NID and TSBK checksums; DSD-FME for the rest). likely means the symbol rate and levels match the mode the licence names. possible means only one of the two. "On" is the share of the listen the channel was transmitting; trunked control channels are on all the time. Re-run with apps/sdr/bin/hunt.
